I love my standing desk and stand almost all day except for when I eat lunch. If I didn’t have an anti-fatigue mat, I don’t know if I would be able to do it. If you use a standing desk, it can be a game-changer on how your back feels at the end of the day. I work barefoot, and this feels wonderful on my feet.
