I’m gonna get real here. Not that I ever pretend to be someone I’m not in this forum, but because this has nothing to do with coaching. In January I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease, among other less-than-cool health issues, and my world imploded.
Does One Size Fit All?
If there are this many books than how can so many of us still be fat, out of shape, disorganized and distracted? Because it isn’t one size fits all and books don’t always tell the whole story. I’ve read books that have completely changed my life but none would be able to do what my business coach has done for me.
