My schedule is crap. I have no time to exercise.
I have back to back meetings all day. Meditation is not an option.
People will think I’m weird.
I wear (insert here) high heels, a suit, glasses, underwear. The excuses are endless.
A lot of people have crap schedules but you can still find opportunities to move.
How to make routine out of non-routine
Does this describe you? You are slave to air traffic delays. You drive around to meet with clients at different locations. You never know when/where lunch will be and what time you’ll be home. How do you develop habits when you don’t have a routine?
Tired of the five emails it takes to schedule a simple appointment online?
The longest thread I’ve had to schedule appointments online was eight. A 30-minute appointment with a back and forth eight times. Ridonculous. There’s a better way that doesn’t require an assistant, loads of cash or your brainspace.
Is it time for a Virtual Assistant?
A common theme among many of my clients is that they need or are close to needing a Virtual Assistant but aren’t sure which type, what they would do with them if they had them and if they will also buy their groceries.
Five Minute Energy Breaks
Need some inspiration for five minute energy breaks? Step away from that task list. Whether you’re stuck sitting or you can stand up, I’ve recorded some vids on the fly to give you some inspiration to put down the soda, breathe and move.
Reports? Meditation? Invoicing? Biking? Why listicizing your health should always be prioritized.
Do you create a list for your job but not your health? Is it because you’re such a health hero that you don’t need reminded? Well, kudos to you Superhero! I’ve been focusing on my health for 21 years and I still have to remind myself just to breathe.
Do you listicize?
We exercise, we philosophize, we accessorize and we may even incentivize. But how many of you listicize?
Why Am I Doing This?
I have random reminders that pop up that ask me WAIDT? How often do you ask yourself why you are doing that task? Why are you attending that meeting? Why are you sending that same email again?
Is your team suffering from insanity?
Is your team winging it every time you get a project?
Do you think that because there are only 2, 3 or 10 of you that you don’t need processes or systems?
Do you need more clients, yet you don’t know how you would be able to add on another one without sacrificing time for family, friends or yourself?
